I-CAR announces release of new online training programs

Public news

I-CAR Australia has launched access to a new online learning platform this month.

This new online learning platform will enable Automotive Technicians to access 27 new online courses and will provide the latest information in relation to new technology available to repairers in the industry.

The new online learning platform will include 22 online training modules, three virtual classrooms and two live courses covering topics that include Advanced Driver Assist Systems (ADAS), Production Management, new Vehicle Technologies and Electronics, all of which are currently having a huge impact on Automotive Body Repair businesses.

Who will benefit from these new online training courses?

The new training courses will provide ongoing annual training for Estimators, Structural and Non-Structural Automotive Technicians and Assessors and also provide a new Production Management role training pathway.

These new online training resources from I-CAR Australia are just the beginning and the company said this is just the first in a series of new online courses planned for the next 18 months.

Older I-CAR training courses will be archived and others will be upgraded where applicable, incorporating the latest in collision repair technology and methods, which have all been completed over the last two years in consultation with OEMs and the broader automotive industry.

The new course details are available in I-CAR’s course catalogue page, which you can access by clicking here.
